About ZADES UAV

Inspection-grade imagery, from a team that takes flight seriously.

ZADES UAV exists for one reason: documenting buildings from the air is faster, safer, and more affordable than putting people and equipment at height. We turn difficult exterior surfaces into clear, actionable records — in one visit.

Certification

FAA Part 107. Flown by the book.

Our pilots are certified under the FAA’s Part 107 Small UAS Rule — the federal standard for commercial drone operations in the United States. Every mission is flown with airspace authorization checks, weather minimums, and a documented flight plan.

One important line we don’t cross: we provide visual documentation only. Findings, diagnoses, engineering opinions, and code-compliance determinations are completed by the appropriate licensed professional — and for those inspections, we coordinate directly with your architect or engineer so our imagery becomes their evidence.

How we work

One visit. Three steps.

Step 01

Plan

Before we arrive, we check airspace, plan the flight path, and build a shot list around your building and what you need documented.

Step 02

Fly

In a single site visit, we capture high-resolution photos and 4K video of the roof and full exterior — no lifts, no scaffolding, no disruption.

Step 03

Deliver

Within 48 hours you receive the complete set — organized, labeled photos and video, ready to hand to your engineer, inspector, or insurer.

What we stand for

Safety first

Every flight is planned and flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. The entire point of our work is that nobody has to be at height.

Precision

A photo you can’t locate is a photo you can’t act on. Everything we capture is labeled by elevation, zone, and position.

Speed

Buildings don’t pause for maintenance decisions. We document in hours and deliver your imagery within 48.

Clarity

Files organized for decisions, not digging. Every photo labeled, every angle covered, and imagery that speaks for itself.

Let’s look at your building.

Tell us what you manage and what you need documented — we’ll take it from there.
